Dr Faridrad is an amazing surgeon and dentist, not only he was able to do a perfect job on my teeth implants and also my bone joint surgery, but as a result, gave me the confidence to smile more and changed my life

Erfan, London

Has had various work done here, including saving a tooth that suffered from an abscess, and braces fitted. Dr Reza is an amazing dentist, wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth!

Sophia D., London

I've had some bad experiences in the past and was nervous to visit. Both the reception team and the dentist put me at ease. They gave me great advice on how to prevent any future issues and were knowledgeable at reception. Thank-you.

Jess R., London

I can't believe it's taken me so long to come to this practice! They took me on as a same-day appointment. I was in and out of there in a flash. Dr Amrik Sangha was very understanding of my concerns, reassuring, and got the job done! Super pleased.

Olga M., London

I have been coming to Angel Dentist for several years. Reza has so much knowledge, giving me his honest opinion. He always has time to go through the procedure, answers all questions clearly, and is very patient. I have had various treatments ie implants, fillings, and all have turned out so well, giving me a good quality of life. The Hygentist is very careful and always considerate where my teeth are very sensitive. Using suitable tools to ensure I am not in any pain. A big thank you to Angel Dentist.

Faridah W., London

I’ve been coming to this practice for the past 5years, I don’t know why I never did write a review!! The practice is very very clean and hygienic. The staff are amazing, very friendly and obviously professionals. Dr Reza is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and professional doctor you can find. I recently have moved out of town but I still drive miles to see him just because finding a doctor whom you can trust their work and leave yourself in their hands is not easy.

Azadeh M., London

My son needed an appointment with an orthodontist, which proved almost impossible, especially during the pandemic. Alina (clinic manager) tried her best for a year Approx. to have this arranged. During the year she periodically kept me updated and went over and above in terms of professionalism and service. I would recommend this centre over many other dental practices.

Exo P., Canterbury

I’ve been going to Angel Dental Implant Centre for several years now. Dr Reza Faridrad is highly qualified with long years of experience that you would never worry about when you’re in his hands. He’s leading a very welcoming and accommodating team in his centre I would highly recommend this dentistry to anyone looking for the best results and successful treatment.

Mahamat K., London

My journey with ADIC started in August. I've had two teeth removed and replaced with two implants. I did restore my other tooth. I am also having root canal treatment. Four teeth were fixed by Dr Reza - a fantastic implantologist and a very skilled surgeon. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The receptionist and nurse are very friendly. Highly recommend it for sure! Very modern place with 3D scanners, competitive prices, and the option for sedation is a bonus. The best dental practice I've ever visited!

Joanna R., London

I started going to Angel Dental Implant Centre back in Feb 2021 to get braces put in. From the start, Dr Reza Faridrad and the reception staff put me at ease. Instead of trying to sell me the more expensive product of Invisalign, Dr Faridrad advised me to go for fixed braces as he said that these would be the best solution for giving me the "perfect smile". This is the kind of service you want as a patient especially when you are not knowledgeable in this area. I would recommend using their services.

Himansu J., London

Impeccable dentistry. Dr Faridrad is, without any doubt, the best dentist I've ever had. The team is very helpful, and friendly, and they always make you feel at ease. The environment is very clean and the receptionist will always try and accommodate your needs. So grateful I have found this clinic. Would highly recommend it!!!

What should I expect on my first visit?

Warm welcome on your arrival! Recording your data, obtaining your medical and dental histories, taking X-ray(s) as appropriate, and any temporary treatments when necessary.

How painful are the treatments?

Our priority in this practice is to make dentistry as pain-free as possible and leave you with a pleasurable experience.

What are dental implants?

A dental implant is a mechanical structure that mimics the function of the natural root of the tooth. The single implant anchors a crown that functions like the natural tooth crown. During the implantation procedure, the dental clinician inserts the implant into the jawbone. The clinician then caps the implant with an artificial crown that is custom-made according to the patient’s (your) anatomy. Together, the dental implant and crown function as the natural tooth does; in chewing, talking, and of course, smiling. Multiple implants can be used to support other variety of teeth-implants configurations to help replace multiple missing teeth or teeth gums and bone.

What is involved in the implant process?

1) Assessment and Treatment planning. 2) Implant placement (depending on the complexity of the case from 1 hour to 4 hours duration). 3) Integration period (This depends on the treatment plan as it can be from 24h up to 6 months). 4) The restorative phase (From two to four weeks). 5) (review every six months, similar to normal dental check-ups)

Will I be able to eat what I like afterward?

Once the treatment is completed, patients should be able to eat a normal, healthy diet with little or no difficulty.

What costs are involved in implant treatments?

The cost can vary, depending on the degree and extent of treatment needed. The full cost is therefore explained and subsequently confirmed in a written treatment plan.

Am I too old for implant treatment?

There is no upper age limit for patients to undergo implant treatment. Is the treatment painful? Patients are often surprised at how little discomfort they experience during and after implant procedures.

How long does the implant procedure take?

A routine implant surgery process is within the period of normal dental treatment. In cases of more complex processes involving several locations, the duration may be longer and require several visits. Implants that require prior bone grafting take a few months to complete, to allow the bone graft to assimilate into the jawbone before the implant procedure.

Will I get my teeth on the same day as the implant procedure?

This depends on one’s specific case and the treatment plan. In some cases, the doctor will place a temporary crown at the end of the treatment. In other cases, the patient is required to wait a few months for osseointegration to occur. This is an important process, whereby the jawbone grows around the implant, stabilizing it and in effect ‘accepting’ it as a tooth root.

How long will the implants last?

Implants have proven themselves as extremely long-term solutions. It is important to note that just like your natural teeth, so do implants require regular and thorough maintenance of oral health to extend the life of the implant.

What are the risks?

Complications of implant surgery include swelling, pain, bleeding, possible infection, and partial numbness at the implant site. Nerve disturbances that may be permanent and bone fracture can occur, as can rejection of the implant. However, severe complications are rare.

Can I have my dental treatments abroad?

This is a new approach toward a cheaper dental treatment with no backup! As we travel more than ever before some people prefer to have their dental treatments abroad. Our advice on this issue is that as long as the treatment is not complicated there is no harm to have some of the general dental treatments abroad. We do not recommend treatments such as Dental Implants, sinus lift, bone grafting, gum surgery, Cosmetic dentistry, and facial rejuvenation out of this country. Because medico legally you will not be bond to anywhere and also if something goes wrong, correcting or repairing that problem is more expensive and time-consuming.

What is the All on 4 dental procedure? A smile in a day!

A long-lasting dental treatment that replaces missing teeth or dentures with dental implants. A full set of fixed teeth in just one visit. All on 4 procedure brings your ability to bite, chew and enjoy all types of food as if you had natural teeth. Gives you back the ability to chew, and to smile with confidence once again. Dental implants are suitable for replacing single, multiple, or full sets of teeth. Advantages: - Improves eating/chewing/self-confidence - Eliminates the need for bone grafting - Prototype or temporary prosthesis can be provided on the day of surgery - Preserves bone and gum tissue Natural-looking aesthetics - Allows one to eat the food you want

Why do my gums bleed?

Most gum bleedings are a result of poor plaque control and irregular tooth brushing. As a consequence, you will end up with Gingivitis or in more advanced cases - Periodontitis. For any other unusual bleedings from your gum, you may need further investigation and possibly referral to another specialty.
